GLENORCHY AND INNISHAIL (DALMALLY)
Fieldworker Fiona MacDougall led the project for Glenorchy and Innishail parish based out of Dalmally from the end of 2021 through 2022.
Working with local primary schools, Friend’s of St Conan’s, and other community groups around Dalmally, Fiona undertook a variety action reserach in storytelling and other community activities:
Heritage Blethers (reminiscence group)
Storytelling and mask-making sessions with primary schools, including talk from local farmer Sybil MacPherson
Walking Ethnography
Adult song and storytelling session
Dalmally Show
The project in Dalmally culminated with a sound archive, video presentations, and a pamphlet.
